The Hardest Choice You Will Ever Make. Choosing A Faction (Blog Post 2: Divergent)

  Choosing a faction is one of the hardest choices you will ever make. That once choice that you choose will choose your future and how you live for the rest of your life. It controls your friends and family and determines whether you will stay with them or leave them.

  To be in Abnegation would be to show total  selflesness. To be in Dauntless would be to show extreme bravery with no cowardice. To be in Amity would to show no aggression. To be in Candor would be to have complete honesty. Erudite would be to be to always  be searching for knowledge and awnswers.

  Now imagine having to choose one of these factions. It might be easy if you think about it real  quick. Until you actually think about it. That one choice, made at the choosing ceremony at age 16, determines your entire rest of your life. If your entire family is in one faction, wouldn't you want to be in the same faction as your faction? What if you didn't feel like you fit in with thhat faction. What if you were in Dauntless, but you were a total coward and didn't like to fight. (Not calling anyone a coward O.o) At the choosing ceremony when you were looking back and forth between the two factions that were totally opposite from each other, which one would you choose? Amity, where you kight feel like you fit in, or Dauntless, were you feel like an outcast and not as brave as all the other Dauntless. The smart thing to do would pobably to choosethe faction you feel like you feel you fit in because if you choose the one you don't fit into and the initiations come you may fail and become factionless.

  If your family was in one faction, but you couldn't fit into that faction, whch faction would you choose to be in for The Rest of your life. Wouldn't that be a hard choice?

You have to choose which faction you want to be in, and you have to choose within a couple of days. You would have to think quickly. If you don't choose wisely then you may bee unhappy for the rest of your life and possibly end up factionless.

  Now which one would you choose? Abnegation? Dauntless? Candor? Erudite? Amity? Think about what you would choose to be in for the rest of your life. Choose your strongest trait and that would probably be the faction you end up in.
