What Good is Yelling About the Capitol in the Middle of the Woods?

I chose prompt number 2 which was choosing a meaningful quote and picked the quote by Katniss where she said,"what good is yelling about the Capitol in the middle of the woods?" I chose this quote because I feel like it has a strong meaning in just one sentence. In the Hunger Games everyone is afraid of saying things out loud in public about the Capitol because they're afraid of someone hearing them and they could get persecuted. In one scene, Katniss says that she sometimes say things about the Capitol under her breath but she has to look over her shoulder to make sure no one has heard. This is important because even though she has enough audacity to critique the Capitol out loud, she makes sure that no one can hear what she's said and get her in trouble.
By asking the question: "what good is yelling about the Capitol in the middle of the woods?" she's trying to get across that even though she doesn't agree with what the Capitol does (and doesn't have any say in what it does),  the situation will not change if they only talk about the wrongdoings of the Capitol in a very isolated area where nobody can hear them.   It's as if Katniss  was saying "if a tree falls in the forest and there's no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?" and making the point that if someone is talking about the Capitol in a negative way and there's no one around to hear it, they cannot get in trouble.
I think that Katniss has always had something against the Capitol but she couldn't express any of her anger towards them until the Hunger Games.  The quote by Katniss makes you think that she is not important in the eyes of the Capitol, because she can only gripe about her problems when no one else is around. As the story goes on, it becomes clearer that Katniss's actions during the Hunger Games help her let out those angry feelings that she's had about the Capitol since the time when she complained about them in the woods.
In conclusion, I think that Katniss's quote is very thought-provoking because it could have many different meanings than even the ones that I've chosen.  Also, the fact that she said her quote in an isolated area with only Gale by her side, but she acted out against the Capitol during the Hunger Games was very interesting to me. It just shows me that there's more depth and meaning to quotes than the parts that just meet the eye.
